Great to see Raf Galkowski join the Inal 2020 team full time. Raf seen here with works supervisor Deb Hargreaves has proved himself consistently since joining as a temp last year and we have high hopes for him in the future. Raf will be working with Dave Lowe to learn CNC programming as there is nothing like home grown talent when looking at succession policy. A youthful looking 37, Raf’s first child is weeks away from making his first appearance, see how long those looks last Raf! We wish him every success in his new role.
